All you need is a computer screen with an internet connection. heads-up - in this session we will learn about your business values, goals, current positioning and what makes your business unique from other companies. We will use all the information gathered in this meeting as our notes. By the end of the call we would be able to guarantee you the "number of appointments" we can generate for you.

ONBOARDING 

Meeting: 30 to 45-mins

We provide you credentials to your sub-account in our CRM. We get access of your Facebook page, website to manage the ads, integrate landing pages, online booking calendars to your website.

WEEK 1 - AD CREATIVES + STRATEGY

Timeline: 5 business days

As soon as we get access, we will start working on ad creatives, strategy, landing pages, online booking calendar and automated sequences for follow up. We get campaigns and everything setup and ready to kickoff.

WEEK 2 - CAMPAIGN LAUNCH

Timeline: 2 business days

Once everything is setup we test our backend workflows just to make sure everything is working fine then we launch the campaign.

DAILY REPORTING

You'll have access to daily reports through our CRM regarding all the leads, appointments, follow ups we do on your behalf. You'd also be updated by a dedicated account manager.

PAYMENT

After 30 days since you will have a complete idea about our services. At this point, you can decide if you want to pay us and move forward OR you don't have to pay us a dime if you feel that we didn't live up to your expectations.

It would help us building up a website design that would be tailored to your unique business needs and attract your ideal prospects.

DESIGN PREVIEW

Timeline: 5 to 7 business days

We provide you the initial design preview of the website based on the information we gathered in our discovery meeting and take your feedback about it.
We start working on any changes required back and forth until the design and overall content is finalized from your end.

DEVELOPMENT

Timeline: 3 business days

As soon as our designs are finalized, we start working on building the website (coding stuff).
We will not bother you to provide content to us. Instead, we will use our in-house content writers to take care of that for you.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

Meeting: 20 to 45 mins

Once we’re done with the development, we’ll hop on a call with you to make sure that you’re completely satisfied with the final results. Our goal is to make sure that the design we finalized earlier must reflect the actual website and if there’s anything you’d like to revise, we’ll work on that for you.

WEBSITE LAUNCH

Timeline: 2 business days

Once the website has passed quality assurance phase. We will immediately start working on it’s deployment. It takes us 1 to 2 business days to complete this phase.
